About Our Properties

- All units are two-bedroom.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- We run credit checks using Equifax, there is a $30.00 application fee to be paid at the time the application is submitted.
- A background check might be performed. 
- The person on the application must be the person living in the unit.
- We do not allow co-signers for the apartments. 
- No utilites are furnished with the execption of the Pelzer townhomes, water is furnished and included in the price of rent with these units only.
- All units have a stove, refrigerator, and a washer/dryer hookup.
- No pets are allowed, this policy is strictly enforced.
- If you are given a key to look at an apartment, you must return the key to the office before the closing of business on the day you receive the key. No key is to be kept overnight unless you have signed a lease and have paid your rent and deposit in advance.
